Form Fields

Easily choose which fields to display in the form. Each field may be set as required, optional, or disabled. Choose from these fields:

  • Name
  • Website
  • Email
  • Subject
  • Custom Field
  • Challenge Question
  • Message
  • Google reCaptcha
  • Carbon Copy
  • Agree to Terms

And you can customize the labels for each of these fields, so the fields are super flexible.

GDPR & Privacy

To help comply with GDPR et al, Contact Form X provides the following features:

  • Agree to terms checkbox, customizable
  • Option to disable collection of sensitive user data
  • You may choose which fields to include the form
  • Note: this plugin uses cookies to remember form data

Easy to use and works well.

Very good config options, and easy to follow up / set up. CSS customization options are extensive and well laid out. Support question was answered within 24 hrs and no need to follow up after that. Can't ask for anything more. The only thing that frustrated me was wasting time with other contact forms. Oh well...live and learn. Thanks for the plugin. It's my go to form from now.

This is a super fast contact form, better than all other bloated form builders. I have worked with some others but this one is straight forward in what it needs to be, a contact form, no more and no less. But very good.

What can I say, I already knew this plugin would be 100 times better coming from Jeff Starr. Simple and easy to use. Carbon copies included! All contact form data is stored in the database! Send emails to multiple recipients! Super customizable! Contact Form X will soon relace Contact Form 7 Believe that!
Better than Contact Form 7

This may be the most controversial thing I will ever post at wordpress.org. This contact form is better than the famous Contact Form 7. It is easier to set up, and it has cool features like, "carbon copy." I like that you can make the carbon copy display right in the browser upon success. It's extra reassurance to the user that their message went through.

A perfect plugin when the requirement is to add just a simple contact form to a site. The form entries are stored in the database and it is straighforward to replace the default styles.

The plugin has almost all functionalities that a contact form should include. This is so simple, yet so beautiful. Easy to use. Does the job without much fuss. Wanna request two features: 1. Predefined subjects so that user can choose one from the drop-down. 2. Option to choose which data to collect. For example, I want to collect just the IP and the referrer url. Thanks.
